This has over 9 million views , where "the citizens of the world" brothers and sisters  it is scary stuff, but appears to be based on fact. It talks about "The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2013 is a United States federal law which specifies the budget and expenditures of the United States Department of Defense for Fiscal Year 2013. The National Defense Authorization Act greatly expands the power and scope of the federal government to fight the War on Terror, including codifying into law the indefinite detention of terrorism suspects without trial. 1. THE USAGE OF BLACK AND WHITE  

Black is the color of the night, and of "evil."  Black can also be a color of elegance or class (such as a black-tie only event, and black evening gowns.)  Black can also represent ideas such as power, sexuality, sophistication, formality, wealth, mystery, fear, evil, unhappiness, depth, style, sadness, remorse, anger, and mourning.  Black can also represent a lack of color, the primordial void, emptiness. It can also mean sorrow or mourning, in the Christian tradition of wearing black to funerals.

According to Henry Dreyfus, Black, sumi, is the color of mystery and solemnity; the color of the night. Black expresses the depths of the unknown, and encourages the imagination of a different world from that of daylight realities. Used by itself, black can represent bad luck or misfortune. (Black is the color of the night, and of "evil."  

White is a sacred and pure color.  It's the color of angles and gods, as the color reflects that which is sacred and pure.   It is also the color of doctors, nurses, and others in the health profession, as well as cleanliness. In fact, the Japanese refer to nurses as "Angels in White".

White can also represent reverence, purity, simplicity, peach, humility, youth, winter, snow, good, cold, clinical, and sterile.

YING YANG 

Perhaps there is no better representation of the usage and symbolism of black and white than in the Chinese Ying Yang. 

2. A PREPONDERANCE OF MALE IMAGERY-headless in suit and ties!

Questions is it only men? Highly doubt it, maybe at the head, if there is one. Pun intended . But it does conjure up safety that men can symbolize , at least for women. Some of the men and taking a stance , arms crossed in a confidant self assured body language manner , they are positioned in such a manner to inform the viewer that they are not going anywhere. They are united in their posture.

3. DOUBLE SCIMITAR

Noun A short sword with a curved blade that broadens toward the point.

Swords imply killing and war, hurting , cutting. Can be symbolic  of cutting away the old or a war on the establishment  which may or may not include violence as in the war on cancer. There seems to be wars declared on everything. There does not seem to be any physical violence associated with this movement, in fact they are opposed to the increasing police brutally in America.

4.HEADLESS MEN IN SUITS

Brings up images of Men in Black, government  officials, wall street business men, men of authority. In other images the headless men in black suits are walking in unity with purpose and direction...Expect us! we are coming . The use of suit and ties  sends the message , at the unconscious level and again symbolically that the men are educated, professional , not thugs, not hippies  , not unemployed, empowered  with resources...financial . A man in a business suit speaks volumes. Without heads...well  one of them could be working in the office that you are employed in, or some of them may even be in government or political office. There is no way of knowing.

5.  WE DO NOT FORGIVE WE DO NOT FORGET EXPECT US 

These words initially sound scary , unchristian , to forgive is Divine, we have learned to really forgive , it involves forgetting , this is a large part of pop psychology and then expect us! well after not forgiving or forgetting , presumably some form of a slight , they are going to retaliate!

Anonymous (used as a mass noun) is a loosely associated hacktivist group. It originated in 2003 on the imageboard 4chan, representing the concept of many online and offline community users simultaneously existing as an anarchic, digitized global brain. It is also generally considered to be a blanket term for members of certain Internet subcultures, a way to refer to the actions of people in an environment where their actual identities are not known, It strongly opposes Internet censorship and surveillance, and has hacked various government websites. It has also targeted major security corporations. It also opposes Scientology, 

Project Chanology (also called Operation Chanology is a protest movement against the practices of the Church of Scientology by members of Anonymous, a leaderless Internet-based group that defines itself as ubiquitous.), government corruption and homophobia. • Non violent  protest

• Defender of wikiLeaks Julian Assange. came under fire from the U.S. government after the site obtained video footage from a U.S. helicopter strike in Iraq that killed two Reuters employees, as well as two children.

• Oppose Scientology The occasion was an internal Scientology video starring Tom Cruise, which had been leaked to YouTube. The church, saying that the video was copyrighted, requested that YouTube remove it. Members of Anonymous, however, took issue with that request, and as part of what it dubbed "Project Chanology," reportedly began launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against Scientology websites, [1]

Some have questioned if this is in violation of Americas right to freedom of religion...valid.

• Retaliation For The Megaupload Raids 

When the FBI knocked file-sharing site Megaupload offline for allegedly infringing copyright laws and building a criminal enterprise that helped its eccentric founder, Kim Dotcom, book profits of $175 million, it didn't take Anonymous long to register its disproval. A statement from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) lauding the takedown probably just fanned the flames, as Anonymous members joined together, allegedly knocking the websites of the Department of Justice, FBI, Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), the RIAA, and Universal Music Group offline. • Vengeance this should be clear due to the nature of the choice made in the mask and the slogans we do not forgive, forget , expect us and the onslaught of retaliation , vengeance on injustice perceive by the legion 

• Against child porn  "Operation Darknet" was launched as an attempt to cease the activities of child porn sites accessed through hidden services in the  deep web [4]

• Against homophobia 

On August 2012 Anonymous hacked into Ugandan government websites in protest of the pending Uganda Anti-Homosexuality Bill. A message stated "Anonymous will continue to target Ugandan government sites and communications until the government of Uganda treats all people including LGBT people equally." Parmy cited one research project that found that as many as thirty per cent of posters on 4chan fell into the LGBT category, posters often pretending to be the opposite sex.Anonymous declared they were going to destroy the anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church in reaction to the church claiming they would picket the funerals of the victims of the Connecticut school shootings. The group hacked into the church's website, releasing the personal information of all church members. On December 21, 2012, the group successfully launched a DDoS attack on the church's website and hacked into the Twitter account of Shirley Phelps-Roper. [4]

1. Global decentralized affinity group of a  virtual   voluntary community of Internet activism/vigilantism  which focuses on anti-cyber-surveillance, censorship  

I personally have not formulated an opinion as of yet of this group , as I have just stumbled upon them while researching the Zeitgeist movement  a few observations however, once again they appear to be fighting for the common good in a passive manner threw Internet activism. fighting against police brutality and fascism, which I agree with whole heartily. I need more information at this time to really state an opinion. It is fascinating however and they do have a video that address the Zeitgeist movement which I provide for you here . They have a good point in reference to the lack of using names and labels.
